Question: Is it permissible for a woman who is menstruating, bleeding following childbirth or in the state of major ritual purity may to touch the Quran found on the phone by touching the barrier of the Quran? is it permissible to turn the Quran pages in the program?

Yes, I see no objection in doing such.

Fatwa:
There is no objection because it is not in direct contact with her. It ıs in direct contact with glass.

الجواب: لا مانع لأنه لا يباشرها , وإنما يباشر الزجاجة.
Question: Is it permissible for her to carry it?
Fatwa:
Yes. There's no objection to that because it is not a mushaf (i.e. a copy of the Quran bounded by two covers).
