Fatwa: Wakes for Fajr in janaba

Question: If a man wakes for the Fajr prayer in the state of major ritual impurity with restricted time and he fears that the prayer time would elapse if he were to perform the ritual bath, what should he do?

Fatwa:

He is to wash and pray even if the time elapses. If he delays it and he is able to pray, it is a sin.
