wa alaykum as salaam!

We pray that all is well this Ramadan! Thank you for your question!

As for duas to be made after breaking the fast, some supplications have been recorded by Imam al-Haadi (as) in his Al-Ahkaam. The passage is the following:

When he intends to break his fast, he says:
O Allah! Verily, You commanded us to fast during the day and we fasted. You have freed us to break the fast and we broke the fast. We fasted for You and observed You injunction. We seek Your pleasure and break the fast by Your provision. Accept our fast, and forgive our sins! Allow us to attain the fast of all our month. Verily, You are Most Nigh and the Answerer of prayer!

After he breaks his fast, he says:
In the Name of Allah and with Allah! I have broken the fast by the provision of Allah—grateful to Him for it and praising Him for it.

When he has finished his food, he says:
All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of creation, the Most Merciful, Most Compassionate for providing us permissible provision and for feeding us from the good extracted for us in His land! O Allah, make us among those grateful to You and those who are ever praising of You, O Lord of creation!

There is also a shorter simpler dua from the Majmu' of Imam Zayd (as). Ali (as) narrated that Allah's Messenger, peace and blessings be upon him and his progeny, used to say when breaking his fast: ((O Allah! It is for You that we fast. It is by Your provision that we break our fast. So, accept it from us!))
.

And Allah knows best!
