wa alaykum as salaam.
Thank you for your question! According to the madhhab all conditional divorces are valid in that whatever condition one makes for divorce is considered binding on the individual.
And Allah knows best!

The basis of the validity of conditional divorces relates to its similarity to swearing oaths. Allah says: {O ye who believe, fulfill oaths} (Q. 5:1). The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him and his progeny, is recorded to have said: ((The believers are according to their conditions)). The Commander of Believers, Ali b. Abi Taalib, upon him be peace, is recorded to have said: "Whoever swears an oath to divorce and breaks it must divorce." These three proofs serve as a basis of the ruling. (Ref. An-Nur al-Asnaa and Al-Bahr az-Zakhkhaar).

Thank you for your question!
When you ask the authenticity of the sanad, whose criteria are you referring to?
The chain is authentic according to Zaydis because our imams and scholars relate it without criticising itssanad
or matn. If you are referring to Sunni criteria, the report was related by Imam al-Bukhari in his Saheeh with the wording ((The Muslims are according to their conditions)). Al-Haakim related it in his Al-Mustadrak with numerous chains deemed authentic by him. Ad-Darqutni related it with multiple chains in his Sunan. Imam al-Bayhaqi related it in his Sunan.
Hope this helps! And Allah knows best!
