Thank you for your question! According to the text Al-Bahr az-Zakhkhaar, the beginning time of the sacrifice is at the start of the Eid prayer. The sacrifice should be done at that time and not before then.

thank you so much correct me if i am wrong does it mean that we can slaughter the animal before offering the eid Salah like the time to sacrifice the animal is after the sunrise let's assume 9 clock is the congregations prayer can we slaughter the animal at 8 clcok

Actually, the start of the Eid sacrifice is the Eid prayer. That is, we say that the slaughter should take place after the prayer. However, one is free to slaughter at the time of the prayer. Hope this is clear.
