What is the view on music in al-madhab al-Zaydiyah upon consensus, since Al-Shawkani didn't have that much of a problem with it?

The consensus of the Zaydis is that music is haraam, barring the use of drums for things like weddings.
Muhammad Ali ash-Shawkani's opinion on the matter is irrelevant as he did not represent the Zaydi opinion on the matter or any other matter.
