Head of Imam Hussain peace be upon him in Egypt was created by Misbahuddin

Q : I am a Zaydi from Egypt, and it is said that the head of Imam al-Husayn (peace be upon him) is buried in Cairo. What is the view of our scholar, may Allah preserve him, regarding this?

A : It appears to me that he is indeed buried, as you mentioned, in Egypt, and that there is a site that is visited.
