Replied by Ibn Kamal on topic good dhikr to say
wa alaikum as-salam,

this is from one of our books on dhikr:

1. “Lā ilāha illa Allāh.”The word of piety. Whoever says it sincerely enters Paradise. It is the best of good deeds, the fruit of Paradise, and the fortress of Allah Most High. In the divine hadith:
“Lā ilāha illa Allāh is My fortress, and whoever enters My fortress is safe from My punishment.”
Repeating it many times brings great benefits. In the hadith:
“Whoever says Lā ilāha illa Allāh every day before sunrise, no sin will overtake him that day; and whoever says it before sunset, the same applies.”
In another hadith:
“The most beloved word to Allah.”
And in another narration:
“No Muslim says it without it erasing whatever foolishness is in his record.”
Another narration states:
“The people of Lā ilāha illa Allāh will have no loneliness in their graves. It is as though I see them shaking the dust off their heads, saying: 'Praise be to Allah who fulfilled His promise to us.'”
Another narration:
“The happiest of people with my intercession on the Day of Resurrection is the one who says Lā ilāha illa Allāh sincerely from his heart.”
Another narration:
“Neither I, nor anyone before me, have said a word greater in reward with Allah, in life or at death, than Lā ilāha illa Allāh.”
Another:
“It is the best of speech and of seeking forgiveness, and the best act of worship,” as in Allah’s saying:
“So know that there is no Allah but Allah, and ask forgiveness for your sin.” (Muḥammad 19)

2. “Lā ilāha illa Allāh, Muḥammadun Rasūl Allāh; wa lā ḥawla wa lā quwwata illā bi-llāh.”The Prophet ﷺ said:
“Indeed, Lā ilāha illa Allāh and Lā ḥawla wa lā quwwata illā bi-llāh fold up all other deeds.”
In another narration:
“Allah has forbidden the Fire for whoever testifies that Lā ilāha illa Allāh and that Muḥammad is the Messenger of Allah.”

3. “Lā ilāha illa Allāh, al-Malik al-Ḥaqq al-Mubīn.”The Prophet ﷺ said:
“Whoever says each day, one hundred times: Lā ilāha illa Allāh, the True and Manifest King provision is sent down for him, his sustenance is expanded, he is given comfort in his grave, and he is hastened to the gate of Paradise.”

4. “Lā ilāha illa Allāh, waḥdahu lā sharīka lah; lahu al-mulk wa lahu al-ḥamd, wa huwa ʿalā kulli shay’in qadīr.”The Prophet ﷺ said:
“Whoever says it ten times is like one who frees a slave.”
Another narration:
“He receives the reward of freeing four slaves from the descendants of Ismāʿīl.”
Another (with the addition ‘He gives life and death’):
“Whoever says it one hundred times, his sins fall away like leaves fall from a tree.”
Another:
“Whoever says it in the marketplace, a million good deeds are recorded for him, a million bad deeds erased, and a house built for him in Paradise.”
Another:
“Whoever says it one hundred times in a day will come on the Day of Resurrection with a face shining more brightly than the full moon.”
Another:
“The best thing I and the prophets before me have said is: Lā ilāha illa Allāh, waḥdahu lā sharīka lah, lahu al-mulk wa lahu al-ḥamd, wa huwa ʿalā kulli shay’in qadīr.”

5. “Lā ilāha illa Allāh ḥaqqan ḥaqqan; lā ilāha illa Allāh taʿabbudan wa riqqan; lā ilāha illa Allāh īmānan wa ṣidqan.”Among the great adhkār, narrated from Imām Zayn al-ʿĀbidīn who used to maintain it and transmitted from his pure forefathers.

6. “Lā ilāha illa Allāh, wa lā naʿbudu illā iyyāh, mukhliṣīna lahu al-dīn, wa law kariha al-kāfirūn.”From the adhkār of the Messenger ﷺ.

7. “Lā ilāha illa Allāh, wa lā naʿbudu illā iyyāh, mukhliṣīna lahu al-dīn, wa law kariha al-mushrikūn.”

8. “Lā ilāha illa Allāh waḥdah, naṣara ʿabdah, wa aʿazza jundah, wa hazama al-aḥzāb waḥdah; lā shay’a qablah wa lā baʿdah.”From the supplications of the Prophet ﷺ at the conquest of Mecca, and maintained by his Companions and the Followers.

9. “Lā ilāha illa anta subḥānaka innī kuntu min al-ẓālimīn.”In the noble hadith:
“No Muslim man supplicates with it regarding anything except that Allah answers him.”
Another narration:
“It is the Greatest Name of Allah.”
Another:
“Whoever says it forty times and then dies from that illness is given the reward of a martyr; and if he recovers, he recovers with all his sins forgiven.”

10. “Lā ilāha illa Allāh al-Ḥalīm al-Karīm.”Narrated widely in the adhkār of Ṣalāt al-Ḥājah.

11. “Lā ilāha illa anta yā Ḥannān yā Mannān, yā Badīʿa al-samāwāti wa al-arḍ, yā dhā al-jalāl wa al-ikrām.”In a narration:
“It contains the Greatest Name of Allah, by which, if He is called upon, He answers; and if He is asked, He gives.”
I say: Repeating it brings success in this world and bliss in the Hereafter.

12. “Subḥān Allāhi wa bi-ḥamdih.”“Whoever recites it one hundred times, Allah forgives his sins even if they are like the foam of the sea.”
Another narration: “It is the word of salvation.”
Another: “It is the prayer of creation, the glorification of creation, and through it creation is provided for.”
Another:
“Whoever says it once, ten good deeds are written for him; whoever says it ten times, a hundred; whoever says it one hundred times, a thousand; whoever increases, Allah increases for him.”
Another:
“It is the most beloved speech to Allah, and the speech Allah chose for His angels.”

13. “Subḥān Allāhi wa bi-ḥamdih, Subḥān Allāhi al-ʿAẓīm.”The Prophet ﷺ said:
“Two words, light on the tongue, heavy on the scale, beloved to the Most Merciful: Subḥān Allāhi wa bi-ḥamdih, Subḥān Allāhi al-ʿAẓīm.”

14. “Subḥān Allāhi al-ʿAẓīm wa bi-ḥamdih, Subḥān Allāhi al-ʿAẓīm.”The Prophet ﷺ said:
“Whoever says in the morning one hundred times and in the evening one hundred times: ‘Subḥān Allāhi al-ʿAẓīm wa bi-ḥamdih,’ his sins are forgiven, even if they are like the foam of the sea.”

15. “Subḥān Allāh, wa al-ḥamdu li-llāh, wa lā ilāha illa Allāh, wa Allāhu akbar.”The Prophet ﷺ said:
“Whoever is too stingy to spend wealth, fears the enemy too much to fight, and is too tired to stand at night let him increase in Subḥān Allāh, al-ḥamdu li-llāh, lā ilāha illa Allāh, and Allāhu akbar.”
He also said:
“These are the everlasting good deeds.”

16. “Subḥān Allāh, wa al-ḥamdu li-llāh, wa lā ilāha illa Allāh, wa Allāhu akbar, wa lā ḥawla wa lā quwwata illā bi-llāh al-ʿAliyy al-ʿAẓīm.”The Prophet ﷺ said:
“Increase in the everlasting good deeds.”
It was asked: “And what are they, O Messenger of Allah?”
He said:
“Takbīr, tahlīl, tasbīḥ, taḥmīd, and Lā ḥawla wa lā quwwata illā bi-llāh.”
He also said:
“Say: Lā ilāha illa Allāh, Allāhu akbar, al-ḥamdu li-llāh, Subḥān Allāh, and Tabāraka Allāh, for nothing equals them. By them Allah created His angels, and for them He raised the heavens and spread the earth, and by them He created mankind and jinn, and by them He prescribed His duties.”
Another narration:
“They are the best speech after the Qur’an, and they are from the Qur’an.”
Another:
“They are introductions, conclusions, and protections and they are the everlasting good deeds.”

17. “Lā ḥawla wa lā quwwata illā bi-llāh al-ʿAliyy al-ʿAẓīm.”A treasure from the treasures of Paradise.
Another narration: “A gate of the gates of Paradise.”
Another: “The plantation of Paradise.”
Another: “A cure for ninety-nine ailments, the least of which is sorrow.”

 Wa salam
