Fatwa : Carrying Dua Books in Janabah

Q : Is it permissible for a person in a state of ritual impurity (Janabah) and a menstruating woman (Haid), to carry the booklet of the Sahifa Sajjadiyya and the supplications of Sayyid Hussein bin Yahya Al-Mutahhar (peace be upon him), and also to read your fatwas and review second-level primary school lessons?
