Fatwa : Remarrying woman after 3 divorces.

Q : Is it permissible for a man to take back his wife after divorcing her three times with a new dowry and a new contract?

A : It is not permissible until she marries another husband. -  Sayyid Muhammad Abdullah Awad

هل يجوز للرجل أن يرجع زوجته بعد أن طلقها ثلاثاً بمهر جديد وعقد جديد؟

لا يجوز حتى تنكح زوجا غيره
