Fatwa : Does incense or oud incense invalidate the fast?

Does incense or oud incense invalidate the fast if a fasting person smells it unintentionally?(9) Answer:
It does not invalidate the fast, even if one intentionally smells it or uses it as incense.

هل البخور أو بخور العود يفسد الصيام إذا شمه الصائم بلا عمد؟
(9) الجواب:
لا يفسد الصيام ولو تعمد شمه والتبخر به.
