Fatwa : Talking with brothers wives

Question:
I am a married man living in the same house as my brother, who is married to two women. Is it forbidden for me to speak with my brother’s wives?

Answer:
It is not permissible to engage in casual conversation with your brothers’ wives; one must lower the gaze and avoid unnecessary interaction.

 سؤال:
أنا رجل متزوج، وساكن أنا وأخي في بيت واحد، وأخي متزوج اثنتين.
فهل الحديث مع زوجات أخي حرام؟
الجواب:
لا يجوز بسط الكلام مع زوجات الإخوة ويجب غض البصر ووقاية النفس.
