Fatwa : Having A wet dream without release of Semen was created by Misbahuddin
Q : What is required for someone who experiences a wet dream but wakes up without finding any trace of semen?
A : Ghusl is not required.

سؤال:
ماذا يلزم من احتلم فقام من نومه ولم يجد أثر المني؟
 جواب:
لا يلزمه الغسل.
