Fatwa : Usage of anxiety pills

Q : My mother sometimes uses anxiety pills. Is it permissible to use them for anxiety? Some said that Sayyidi Muhammad ruled it is not permissible.

A : If prescribed by a doctor, it is permissible.

سؤال:
معي الوالدة تستخدم أحيانًا حبوب القلق.
هل هو جائز استخدامهن عند القلق؟
البعض قال إن سيدي محمد أفتى أنه لا يجوز استخدامهن.
 جواب:
إذا قرره الطبيب فيجوز.
