If one chooses to recite Fajr, Maghrib, and Isha silently due to reasons, does one still have to recite the basmalah and opening takbir aloud?

Salam Alaikum.
It is obligatory for men to recite the Surahs in the Fajr, Maghrib and Isha prayers aloud in such a manner that if a person is next to them, that person can hear and make out their verses.
If you are under Taqiyya then it would be alright just reciting the Basmala loudly if thats all that you can do. Yahya [bin al-Hussein], upon him be peace, said in Al-Ahkām that the prayer is invalid if one does not recite Bismillah ar-Rahmān ar-Rahīm aloud.
It is not required to recite the opening Takbir loudly.
