Thank you for citing these reports.
Would it be possible for you to locate these two narrations on Sunnah.com? It would be beneficial for myself and anyone reading.

Thank you for linking the reports.
Is it also part of Zaydi argumentation on this issue to cite the well-known hadith which is often used by Twelvers that says, "whoever angers Fatima, has also angered me"? If so, what is the Zaydi response to the Sunnis who claim that this statement was never said in reference to Abu Bakr, but it was actually said said by the Prophet in response to Ali ibn Abu Talib wishing to marry the daughter of Abu Jahl?

Yes. The aforementioned report appears in Zaydi sources such as 'Ilaam al-A'laam with a complete chain of narrators from the author through Imam Zayd bin Ali (as) to Ali (as). No such story regarding the daughter of Abu Jahl is narrated.
We reject the account in Sunni sources for a variety of reasons. We wrote about this in great detail in our book . Basically, our scholars say that such supposed action on the part of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him and his progeny, demonstrates unfair favouritism, violation of Islamic Law and bad character. [Ref. Al-Mi'raaj fi al-Minhaaj and Tahreer al-Ifkaar]
Even if Imam Ali (as) sought the hand of Abu Jahl's daughter, he was in his right to do so as there was nothing in the Shariah which prevented him from doing so. Such base portrayals of our Prophet in books like these only serve as ammunition for the enemies of Islam!
And Allah knows best!

Is the context of the hadith explained when the Prophet said: "whoever angers Fatima, has also angered me"? Do the Zaydi sources mention who the Prophet was directing this statement to?

Thank you for your question! No immediate context is mentioned in Zaydi sources. So the hadith has a general import and it is directed towards the whole Ummah.
