As salamu alaikum,
In the Arabic language the positions of the the different irab are essential for the meaning of the sentences, if you try to implement grammatical logic of any other language on it you will only get it completely wrong (so that’s why you cannot really use a translation to understand the Quran), so in short no. There are different kinds of wa too so if you want to understand such fine points better you need to study Arabic language, logic and usul al fiqh.
