Ya Ali madad is shirk?

A lot of the twelvers and the sufi sunnis beleive in saying ya Ali madad, ya rasullah madad etc, that making dua like this to the prophet and ali (as) that they will help you is sunnah. The salafis say this is shirk, do zaydis believe it's shirk too?
