Then you bow until you are still and can see your feet. Your back should be levelled and your head shouldn’t be raised too much nor lowered. You place your hands firmly upon your knees with your fingers slightly outstretched and your toes facing the qibla. You then say: (Subhāna Allāhi al-Ažim wa bihamdihi).
